"Called for a plumber on a Sunday, with quite a bad leak from the stop tap after we tried to isolate our water supply. We had a lovely gentleman called Paul arrive in just over an hour who did a wonderful job of replacing the problem pipework and advised us on what to do in future if we ever have any other emergencies. Very happy overall - costs were higher than usual but given it was on a Sunday and short notice I wasn't too upset as they were clearly explained over the phone and in the text message."
